ALL HIRES.

We can now accept bookings for all hires following the lifting of all restrictions. Please note that we will continue to wear face coverings during the handover process and require you to do the same.

Also note that this information is subject to no other local/regional restrictions being applied in the future.

REFUNDS/POSTPONEMENTS

We will give you a full refund of monies paid, or offer you the opportunity to postpone to a later date, if any of the following apply on the day when you are due to go out on one of our boats:-

1/ Subsequent restrictions prohibit boat movements.

2/ If any other subsequent restrictions in force at that time, either in your location or ours, prohibit the hire from going ahead.

3/ If one of your party falls ill with Covid-19, is showing symptoms, or has to self-isolate due to Covid-19, making it impossible for you to go ahead on the original date.

Please note that you will be asked to complete a self declaration and possibly other documents to indicate your compliance with any and all restrictions in place at the time of your hire.

This policy is over and above our normal Cancellation policy, which will apply in the event that all the criteria above are met.

KEEPING YOU SAFE

We will be wearing PPE from your arrival and during the hand-over period, and you must do the same whilst with us, going through locks, and in any other place where you may be in close proximity to other boaters or members of the public.

All our boats are given a thorough deep clean with appropriate cleaning agents between each hire, and we will not be in direct contact with any surface of the boat between cleaning and your arrival.

Afternoon and day hire boats are additionally fumigated with an anti-viral mist every third hire.

Our holiday boat 'Bluebell', due to the more complex layout of the boat and her multiple soft surfaces, is fumigated with the anti-viral mist between every hire.

Whilst we are taking every reasonable precaution to keep you safe, we cannot guarantee 100% Covid safety due to the nature of the virus.

Although we do not have any tunnels on the Wey Navigation, we would like to say that if we had, there would, post-Covid, be a light at the end of it . . .
