Boating on the Wey Navigation in Surrey

Our Afternoon boat, 'Mary Porter', was purpose-built at our own yard at Parvis Wharf over the winter of 2012-2013.

She is 29' 3" x 6' 10" and weighs approx 2.5 tonnes empty, 3.5 tonnes with a full complement of passengers and crew, and is powered by a Honda engine.

The self drive boat, 'No. 1' is also purpose built and is approximately the same length and width as 'Mary Porter'.

She is roughly 3.5 tonnes in weight and is powered by a 3-cylinder Beta Marine engine.

Holiday boat, 'Kelpie' is 35ft long, 6'10" wide and weighs approximately 7 tonnes. She has fuel capacity for about 2 weeks running, plus water capacity for 4 people for about 3 days. She is powered by a 3-cylinder Nanni diesel engine.

Although this lot look more like 'Britain's Most Wanted', they are actually quite nice people!

It would be impolite to quote their individual boating experience, so let's just say they have a combined total of a bit over 100 years . . .

. . . and all are qualified to a mimimum of the RYA Inland Waterways Helmsman's certificate.
